Flora Springs Harvest Luau
Perched on the western hills of the Napa Valley, The Flora Springs Estate offers one of the most magical settings for any occasion, and anyone who knows the good folks at Flora Springs, knows they know how to party. Attendees will receive a fresh flower lei and greeted with a glass of white wine. The not-so traditional luau menu will offer a fusion of Wine Country and Pacific Regional Cuisine prepared by John Sorenson and other local chefs complemented by Flora Springs award-winning wines. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore the wine caves and swing and sway all night long with great Hawaiian musicians.

Flora Dinner at HT Grill in Riviera Village
Join Andrew for a special dinner at HT Grill in Riviera Village featuring specially created dishes with Flora Springs wines. The clubby, slightly old-fashioned room at the HT Grill might make you expect a re-creation of an East Coast chophouse. In fact, this offshoot of the Hennessey's Tavern chain did start out that way, but once chef Steve Matthews arrived in 1992, it evolved into something more interesting. You can get a sim...ple steak here, but more adventurous diners are likely to order the Parmesan-crusted salmon filet. If it’s on the menu (it is an occasional special), maple roasted pork loin is juicy and flavorful. For dessert, expect tiramisu and warm berry crumble. The restaurant frequently hosts special themed nights, further contributing to HT’s lively atmosphere

The Room
Johnny's Lobster Feed

For a posse of twenty or more, we will setup the tables and chairs, and pour the wine. Then you just sit right back and get ready to indulge in a delicious lobster spread. To set the stage, Johnny fires up the steamer pots, wraps the tables in butcher paper and places buckets loaded with napkins, shell crackers, and condiments on top. Once the food is boiling and all bibs are tied, Johnny strains the pots and dumps copious amounts of steaming lobster, prawns, and much more. It’s all topped off with fresh lemons, sourdough baguettes and cups of melted butter for all. That’s when the hand-to-mouth feast begins!
Reserve your spot for the Third Friday of each month – July 16, August 20, September 17, and October 15.

Come take a tour through our caves and let our wines tantalize your taste buds as they are paired with signature dishes. Our outdoor pavilion is surrounded by grape vines that sway gently in the afternoon breezes. While we are awakening your senses, we will enrich your mind as we explore the topics of sense of place, flavor profiles, barrel aging and more. We invite you to join us for our tasting and four-course pairing luncheon series, now through October. Seating is limited to twenty guests per date, you will be hosted by a Flora Springs family or team member.
